To view cookies in Chrome, simply click on the “Lock” icon on the address bar and select “Cookies”. Now expand the folder to see the cookies.

You can also remove or block a cookie. Select the cookie and click the block or remove button to block or remove the saved cookie from the Chrome browser.

Here’s how to view cookies in Chrome through the address bar:

The first step is to open a website on the Chrome browser. If you have already visited the website and granted the cookie consent, you will see the stored cookies.

A list with various third-party cookies will be shown. To view the cookies, click on the domain name and expand the “Cookies” folder.

Below the cookie, you’ll see the name, content, domain, and path of the cookie.

If you want to delete the cookies, you can click on the “Remove” button.

You can also block the third-party domain from using your information by clicking on the third-party domain name and clicking on the “Block” button.

Click on the “Done” button to close the pop-up.

Method-2: Using built-in developer tools

To view cookies in Chrome, press Command + Option + I (Mac), F12, or Control + Shift + I (Windows) and select the “Application” tab. Now, on the left sidebar, under the title “Storage”, select “Cookies” and the domain URL. On the right-hand side, you should see the cookies that are currently being used.

The first step is to open the in-built developer tools in the Chrome browser.

To open the developer tools, use the following shortcut:

Mac: Command + Option + I

Windows: F12, or Control + Shift + I 

You can also right-click anywhere on the page and select “Inspect” to open the developer tools.

Now, you’ll see a separate window on the right or at the bottom of the page. Simply, expand the window to view all the options.

On the top part, you’ll see 9 tabs: Elements, Network, Sources, Console, Performance, Memory, Application, Security, and Lighthouse.

Select the “Application” tab and proceed to the next step.

3. Click on “Cookies” on the left sidebar

After you select the “Application” tab, you’ll see a sidebar on the left with a list of options.

Under the title “Storage”, you’ll see five options: Local Storage, Session Storage, IndexedDB, Web SQL, Cookies, and Trust Tokens.

4. Click on the domain URL to see the cookies

Expand the “Cookies” folder to see the websites that are storing cookies.

Select a website URL from the list to see all the cookies that the website is storing. You should see the cookies on the right-hand side.

To delete a cookie, right-click on the cookie and select “Delete”.
