How To Delete Funimation Account?
To delete your Funimation account, go to Funimation’s support page and submit an account deletion request. After you submit your request, confirm it via email. When your account is deleted, you will receive an email from the support team.
Here’s how to delete a Funimation account:
1. Click the “Contact Us” button
The first step is to go to Funimation’s “Support” page.
Follow this link to go to the support page: https://help.funimation.com
After you go to the page, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
At the bottom, you’ll find the title “Can’t Find What You’re Looking For?”
Below the title, you’ll see the blue “CONTACT US” button.
Click the button to go to the “Submit a request” page.

2. Fill out the form
You cannot delete your Funimation account directly from your dashboard; instead, you must submit a deletion request.
After you visit the “Submit a request” page, you’ll see a form where you’ll be asked to enter some basic information.
The first field you’ll notice is “Your email address”. Enter your registered email address in this field.
I purposefully entered an unregistered email address to see what would happen, and this is what I received from the support team after submitting my request:
“After some research, I was unable to locate an account under your contact email address. To find your profile, would you be so kind as to confirm the email address on the Funimation account? This may assist me further in finding your account.”
To avoid issues, enter the same email address that you used to create your Funimation account.
The second field will be “How can we help you?”
Select “Login/Subscription” from the dropdown menu after clicking the box.
After selecting “Login/Subscription”, you’ll see all of the options in the “Login/Subscription” category.
Choose “Cancel or Delete Account”.
The third field is “Subject”.
Here’s an example: I’d like to delete my Funimation account.
You must briefly describe why you want to remove your Funimation account in the “Description” area.
Here’s an example: I no longer use Funimation, so I would like to delete my account.
There is also an “Attachments” section, but you do not need to attach anything to the form, so you can skip it.
Finally, click the “Submit” button to send the request.
3. Confirm the request
After submitting the account deletion request, you will receive an email confirming that Funimation has received the request.

As a result, you must reply to the same email and agree that the deletion procedure is irreversible.
